Global Mobility - Why is this important?
Global mobility is a key element of Employer Value Proposition (EVP), Talent Management, Practice Development, Business Development and at the core of any organisations’ success. Global Mobility demonstrates that the business is committed to learning and development, global sharing of knowledge, as well as the recognition of success and hard work. The Global Mobility (Glo-Mo) Awards are an initiative within the global Odgers Berndtson group to initiate stronger global collaboration, best practice sharing AND mobility. The target group is our global researchers, associates, support staff, and consultants - anyone that is not a partner!
