Measuring our performance
It is important that we are able to measure the progress we have made in these areas. We do this by sharing our data openly and transparently in DE&I reporting and by benchmarking our own diversity as an organisation against societal norms. The insight gained from our employee diversity monitoring data, our quarterly pulse surveys and the UK census inform our priorities. Our DE&I Steering Group, which supports the delivery of the organisation’s strategy, meets on a regular basis to ensure these priorities are being met.
