Intern Programme
A key element of our internship programme is developing diverse talent for our early career roles, and we have seen many interns successfully transition into permanent members of the team. In 2023 37.5% of our Researcher joiners were from our Summer Internship programme.
Our process aims to be equitable and inclusive. This includes a non-CV, blind application process and sift, with a competency-scored interview.

I valued the inclusiveness of a blind recruitment process, which gave me (and my peers) confidence to move through the process and settle into the environment. The firms work hard to provide opportunities to a broad, diversified candidate group and their collaborations with Social Mobility organisations like the 93% Club reflect this. As a summer intern, fresh out of university, Odgers provided a warm, friendly, and inviting culture. I have since transitioned into a permanent Research Analyst role and I have been truly impressed with how Diversity and Inclusion is integrated at every level, both internally and externally.

One of the best aspects of my time at Odgers was the inclusive and welcoming atmosphere I experienced from day one. Despite being a company spread across 62 countries, you got the sense that your opinion mattered, and everyone is valued.
