What were you doing before you joined Odgers Berndtson?

I was working in the hospitality industry and had finished writing my master's dissertation. I joined Odgers Berndtson because of its solid global brand and because I knew I would enjoy speaking with accomplished professionals in an environment that celebrates constant learning.

What's the best assignment you've worked on?

I really enjoyed working on the recruitment for the Executive Director of Foresight Canada. I was not familiar with the term foresight prior to this and as someone who's a big picture, sustainability-minded systems thinker, getting to learn from and speak to some of the greatest future thinkers & advisors across the world, was pretty incredible.

Tell us something no one knows about you

I was in a TV docuseries at 18. Groupe Media TFO (a Canadian French language education television channel that services Ontario) followed 13 of us around for four weeks while doing a humanitarian project in a small rural village in Peru.

What music are you listening to at the moment?

I mostly listen to podcasts and audiobooks, but I recently discovered Hermanos Gutiérrez and look forward to seeing them perform live mid-May. Favourite sweet food: Watermelon and chocolate donuts Favourite savoury food: Pad Thai
