A new UK Real Estate Practice and Head of UK Energy

The UK team have established a stand-alone UK Real Estate Practice, under the leadership of Hugo Healing.

Real Estate is the world’s largest asset class that is distinct from broader industrial markets and represents an exciting opportunity for the firm. Having built strong market presence, the opportunity now exists to structure for the next phase of growth. Hugo will leave the Industrial Practice to lead a team with distinct expertise well placed to support clients from across the real estate sector. The objective is to build a powerful UK Practice and broader global capability with an emerging North American Practice led by Jeff Hauswirth from Canada.

Energy Practice

Jonathan Rossotto has built a thriving Renewable Energy & Clean Technology capability. He will now become Head of UK Energy, within the Industrial Practice. Bob Greenwood and the Oil & Gas team will join the Industrial practice.

Energy transition is a strategically important growth opportunity for our business, as well as being critical to the planet and our sense of purpose. As energy technologies and sources converge, it makes sense for our business to do the same by bringing together our Oil and Gas and our Renewable Energy capabilities.
